Washington D.C. office seeks FERC attorney having 4-6 years of practice before FERC. The candidate should have knowledge of federal electric regulatory law, and experience with FERCs pro forma open access transmission tariff, major FERC electric orders and regulations, organized wholesale electricity markets, and the standard form generator interconnection procedures and agreements. FERC litigation experience and experience with the Dodd-Frank Act and CFTC regulations are a plus.
