Life Sciences Licensing Attorney with 4-7 years of IP experience

Reston office of our client seeks life sciences licensing attorney with 4-7 years of experience. The candidate will be representing life sciences companies in the structuring, negotiation and drafting of complex commercial and intellectual property transactions, including license, collaboration, co-development, clinical trial, supply and other agreements, in either a private law firm or in-house position. Corporate experience is a plus. Equivalent experience of representing life sciences companies in heavily negotiated business transactions such as financing transactions or mergers and acquisitions would be an acceptable substitute. Technical degree and/or knowledge of pharmaceutical, medical device and/or diagnostics industries is certainly welcomed.
