Oakland office of our client seeks junior immigration attorney. The candidate will oversee the processing of non-immigrant visa petitions, labor certifications, and applications for permanent residency and naturalization for foreign nationals from case opening to filing to adjudication. Will draft forms, filing letters, RFE responses, and letters of support. Review USCIS forms and filings. Manage minimum caseload of 30 cases. Conduct research on questions of law and procedure. Should have admission to State Bar of California, or other jurisdiction and be in good standing.
