Washington, D.C. office of our client seeks intellectual property attorney with 2-3 years of experience. The candidate will be litigating Hatch-Waxman/ANDA or pharmaceutical cases. Will work closely with top lawyers on a wide variety of ANDA and litigation matters. Taking and defending depositions, drafting pleadings and briefs, managing discovery, and researching and analyzing complex technical issues. Counseling clients regarding all related legal aspects, drafting agreements, and providing subject matter expertise. Must have solid ANDA or pharmaceutical litigation and trial experience. Experience in all phases of discovery, drafting and filing pleadings, motions, discovery and briefs is required. Must be a member in good standing of or able to waive into the District of Columbia Bar. Science degree is preferred.
