Corporate Attorney Job in Boston, Massachusetts

Boston office seeks attorney having 1-3 years of fund formation experience. The candidate should be familiar with drafting and negotiating documents in connection with the formation of U.S. and/or international investment funds and their respective management entities, including partnership agreements, limited liability company operating agreements, subscription agreements, transfer/assignment and assumption agreements, and private placement memoranda and related fund marketing materials. Should also have substantive knowledge of and experience working with the domestic and international laws and regulations applicable to such entities.
