Fredericksburg office of our client seeks family law attorney with 2+ years of experience. The candidate will provide legal representation to client. Will manage assigned client cases. Prepare legal documents such as pleadings, affidavits, appeals, motions, contracts, deeds, discovery documents, orders, letters, and other legal documents. Research and analyze statutes, judicial decisions, codes, and legal articles. Communicate with clients, paralegals, and administrative staff to ensure case is handled appropriately. Attend hearings, settlement conferences and other appearances as necessary. Establish a strong follow-up system to ensure deadlines are not missed for which various pleadings must be served and filed. Virginia Bar Admission. Must have experience in various client database and billing systems, such as PC Law. Experience with electronic case management systems is essential.
