Philadelphia office of our client seeks food and drug attorney with 5-7 years of experience. The candidate will assist on food packaging, drug and device matters. Should have experience in FDA regulatory and compliance issues related to the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Should preferably also have experience with FDA rulemaking and regulatory proceedings or federal agencies like EPA, CPSC and FTC. A strong science background is preferred. Portable book of business is clearly a plus.
