Corporate Attorney

Hong Kong office seeks corporate finance lawyer having 3-5 years of pqe. The candidate should preferably have experience in public company such as takeovers, RTO's, public company fund raisings experience (such as placings, rights issues, CBs), notifiable transactions, and M&A. HK / Singapore qualifications are preferred. Chinese language skills are essential and written skills are strongly preferred.
