Falls Church office of our client seeks chemical patent attorney with 2-4 years of prosecution experience. The candidate will work directly with the firms attorneys and clients on patent matters for leading chemical and pharmaceutical companies, universities, as well as start-up and emerging companies. Will serve in the preparation and prosecution of US patent applications, direction of non-US patent prosecution, opinion work and related counseling. Must have a strong background in chemistry. Admission to the Virginia Bar and registration to practice before the US Patent and Trademark Office are preferred.
