Washington, D.C. office of our client seeks energy transactions attorney with 4-6 years of experience. The candidate will assist in transactions involving the extractive industry sector (mining, oil, and gas) in African, including mergers and acquisitions, general transactional, project contracts, and regulatory issues. Should have a background in civil law, preferably with exposure to project type agreements. Must be fluent in French.
