Fort Lauderdale office seeks intellectual property partner with relevant experience. The candidate will serve in the preparation and prosecution of U.S. and foreign patent applications with a concentration in the mechanical arts, U.S. and foreign trademark applications, and copyright applications. Will also handle various intellectual property disputes, including trademark opposition proceedings, patent and trademark litigation, and domain name disputes. Experience should include the negotiation and drafting of various types of agreements relating to the transfer and licensing of intellectual property including patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
