Fort Lauderdale office of our client seeks bankruptcy attorney with 2-3 years of solid experience. The candidate will draft and review all documentation necessary to complete bankruptcy cases. Ability to analyze case law and provide recommendations is required. Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws is essential. Must be able to attend hearings and mediations throughout the State of Florida. Working UCC knowledge is needed. Should be in good standing and an active member of the Florida Bar.
