Los Angeles office of our client seeks litigation attorney with 5-20 years of experience. The candidate will assist in all legal motions, complaints, MSJ oppositions, depositions, legal memorandum, discovery, trial and trial preparation. Trial experience is a plus. Large firm experience is desired. Employment defense experience is an asset.

Trial attorneys at this law firm are focused on employment law and aggressively that take on only a few cases a year. Their areas of practice include workers' compensation discrimination, pregnancy act, wage and hour disputes, Title Vll violations, wrongful termination, whistleblower, age discrimination in employment act, FLSA, FMLA, and more. The firm is located in California.
