Yonkers office of our client seeks real estate attorney with 5+ years of relevant experience working in a courtroom as well as knowledge of landlord-tenant disputes, the Division of Housing and Community Renewal (DHCR), commercial, residential, foreclosures, tax certifications, and writing both motions and briefs.

The candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent judgment and integrity, professionalism at all times, effective verbal/written communication skills. Must have a Juris Doctor degree from a school accredited by the American Bar Association, along with an attorneys license.
