Houston office seeks mid to senior-level attorney having 4+ years of experience. The candidate should have a BS in chemical or chemical engineering. A Master's or PhD in chemical engineering is preferred. Should have extensive patent prosecution experience/skills preferably in the energy field. Other experience in intellectual property transaction work, including licenses, due diligence, patent, trademark, and copyright applications and prosecution before respective government agencies, investigations, opinions, and client counseling would be helpful. Must be licensed to practice before the USPTO.
