Chicago office of our client seeks transactional attorney with 3-5 years of lending and public finance experience. The candidate will be joining the thriving Health Care practice group. Will be advising health care and corporate clients in the areas of business strategy and transactions and advising health care providers and plans with respect to contracting and compliance. Experience in health care transactional matters with an emphasis on finance is a plus. Should be licensed or eligible to practice law in the State of Illinois and be in good standing.
