Columbia office of our client seeks trademark and domain name attorney with 2-5 years of experience. The candidate must have extensive knowledge and skills in U.S. and international trademark clearance, counseling, prosecution and enforcement. Must preferably have experience with Trademark Trial and Appeal Board proceedings, Uniform Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) proceedings, intellectual property due diligence, intellectual property licensing, transactions, as well as, with copyright-related issues and copyright registration prosecution. South Carolina Bar or North Carolina Bar admission is preferred.
