Palo Alto office of our client seeks corporate and securities - technology attorney with 3-4 years of experience. The candidate must have exposure to business transactions including general corporate formation, governance and compliance matters, SEC reporting, acquisitions, mergers, and debt and equity financing transactions (including initial public offerings). Should have some exposure to both public and private companies and governance and compliance matters.
