Concord office of our client seeks attorney with 2-4 years of patent prosecution experience. The candidate will be working on matters in most areas of chemistry and biotechnology. Should have an advanced degree in chemistry, immunology, molecular biology, genetics, biochemistry, or related discipline. Must have 2 years of patent drafting and prosecution experience for U.S. and foreign clients, and an advanced degree, Ph.D. is preferred, and registration with the USPTO.
