Palo Alto office seeks junior to mid-level patent prosecution agent with 2-4 years of experience. The candidate will serve in the preparation and prosecution of patent applications. Will serve in the IP strategy and portfolio management. Must have strong scientific background, preferably at the graduate level, in the life sciences (biology, biochemistry, genetics, etc). USPTO Registration is required. State Bar membership is required.
