Glendale office of our client seeks litigation attorney with 3-6 years of experience. The candidate will work in all phases of federal and state civil rights lawsuits brought against public entities and employees, including initial responsive pleadings to complaints, written and oral discovery, motions for summary judgment, trial preparations and trial and/or trial assistance, post-trial motions, and appeals. Familiarity with federal and state litigation rules is essential. Familiarity with Section 1983 is needed.
