Austin office of our client seeks attorney with 2-4 years of experience. The candidate will serve in the global sourcing practice group. Will be drafting and negotiating technology-driven transactions, including IT and business process outsourcing transactions; cloud and software-as-a-service (SaaS) agreements; software licensing, maintenance, and development agreements; systems integration transactions; consulting arrangements; and non-disclosure agreements. Must have experience with litigation transactions. Must be admitted and in good standing as a member of the Texas Bar. Current or prior employment with an AmLaw 100 firm a plus.
