Washington D.C. office seeks litigation attorney with 3-5 years of insurance recovery and complex business experience. The candidate will work on analyzing and presenting coverage claims, coverage litigation, and analysis of policy wording for placements in all major lines. Must have a Bachelor's degree and a Juris Doctorate degree (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Should have variety of experience in insurance coverage disputes including claims on behalf of corporate policyholders involving commercial property, commercial general liability, professional liability, directors and officers liability and other coverages. Should be a member or eligible to become a member of the District of Columbia Bar.
