Boston office seeks patent agent having 2-3 years of experience in drafting and prosecuting patent applications. The candidate should have a technical background and academic (preferably advanced) degree, preferably in Aerospace/Aeronautical Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering or a similar field for sophisticated patent prosecution and technical analysis work in these technology areas. Must be eligible to practice before the USPTO. Interests should include patent prosecution, strategic planning, and client counseling.
