Palo Alto office seeks senior executive compensation and benefits attorney with 6+ years of experience. The candidate will work closely with top lawyers here, and in the firms other offices, on a wide variety of highly sophisticated transactions. Must have a Bachelors degree and a Juris Doctorate degree (J.D.) from an accredited law school, and be a member, or eligible to become a member, of the California State Bar. Must have extensive knowledge and practical expertise with a focus on tax, securities, corporate, stock exchange and accounting experience related to equity and executive compensation at private and public companies, including IPOs, mergers and acquisitions, and negotiation of executive employment, severance and change in control agreements.
