Attorney with 3+ years of family law experience

San Jose office of our client seeks attorney with 3+ years of family law experience. The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of a client's case (with supervision) including communicating with clients and other counsel, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, preparing for and attending court hearings. Expertise in legal drafting is a must, as is courtroom experience as second chair. Should have substantive knowledge concerning the statutes, regulations and rules affecting Family Law. Must have admission to practice law in the state of California.

A more detailed list of the firm's practice areas includes divorce; extramarital affairs; harassment; grandparents' rights; separations; relocations; paternity; property division; domestic violence; child and spousal support; business succession; and trusts, wills, probate, and power of attorney.
