Bressler, Amery & Ross, P.C. made a new addition to their Estate Planning and Administration Practice. Kevin R. Ghassomian joined the firm as a Principal in the group.

Ghassomian will work on the personal legal needs of business owners, high net worth individuals, corporate executives, and the families of those individuals. His counsel will cover all aspects of estate planning, particularly on tax minimization, business succession, asset protection, and philanthropy.

He has picked up experience working with firms in California, Kentucky, New York, Nevada, and Ohio. This has given him experience in private client services as well as in-house insurance and investment advisory work.

Bressler New York Office Managing Principal Andrew Sidman said, “We have been increasing the talent pool in our tax and estate planning practices over the last year. Kevin brings nearly two decades of experience in these important client disciplines, and we are glad to have him on board.”

Chair Frederick K. Schoenbrodt II, of Bressler’s Estate Planning and Administration Practice, added “New York City is the business and finance capital of the world and Kevin can help Bressler raise its profile among high-net-worth clients and their advisors. His familiarity with tax and asset protection laws in Nevada and other jurisdictions is a particularly compelling skillset to add to our group.”

Ghassomian earned his J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School and an LL.M. in taxation from the University of Miami School of Law. He received his B.A. from the University of Kentucky. He is admitted to practice law in California, Kentucky, New York, Nevada, and Ohio.
