Denver Office Managing Partner Erich Kennedy said, “I’m thrilled to welcome Andy and Chris to Dinsmore. They bring a wealth of litigation experience and expertise, which is another step in building the core legal services we can provide clients from the Denver office. We’re a stronger office with Andy and Chris, and I look forward to working with them.”

Clauss earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and his B.A. from the University of Colorado, Boulder. From there he went on to serve as a deputy attorney general with the Pennsylvania Office of Attorney General. His work focuses on business related commercial disputes, including electronic privacy, records retention, and Internet and social media matters.

Clauss added, “We had worked with Dinsmore attorneys and were familiar with the quality of their work. When the opportunity arrived to join the firm’s exceptional litigation group and grow the Denver office, we took a closer look. It was clear that Dinsmore provided a great opportunity to further serve our clients’ needs.”

Brophy’s work focuses on all forms of commercial litigation and has gone before the Colorado Court of Appeals. He also advises clients on real estate disputes and effective records retention policies and procedures. He received his J.D. from Cornell Law School and his B.A. from Colorado State University.

The Denver office now has ten attorneys since they opened the office in 2014 after merging with Peck Shaffer & Williams.
