Arent Fox Steadily Growing West Coast Team
Summary: After recent additions in Los Angeles, the San Francisco office of Arent Fox is the latest to receive a new partner.
Arent Fox LLP has welcomed another new partner to their growing West Coast team. The firm recently added corporate finance attorney Sam Miller to their Los Angeles office. Now commercial and employment litigator Brian P. Maschler will join the San Francisco office as a partner in their highly recognized Complex Litigation practice. He joins from Gordon & Rees LLP.
Maschler will focus on disputes involving RICO, intellectual property, securities, antitrust, contracts, business torts, and employment law. His emphasis will be defending complex class actions, but he will also work with white collar criminal defense, ADA and civil rights, corporate investigations, and regulatory compliance advice and guidance.
San Francisco Managing Partner Richard L. Brand said, “Brian is a highly-regarded commercial litigator, both in the Bay Area and at a national level. His experience counseling Fortune 500 companies, directors and officers, independent auditors, and public institutions makes him a welcome addition to our Complex Litigation practice, as we continue to add talent to our San Francisco office.”
Maschler is a member of the San Francisco and California Bar Associations. He earned his bachelors from the University of California Berkeley and his J.D. from the University of Michigan.
