Boyd is joining Kirkland from Linklaters where he focused on advising private equity houses and financial sponsor clients on matters such as leveraged M&A, portfolio assistance, and restructuring advice.
Chambers UK 2016 has ranked Boyd in their ‘Private Equity: Buyouts’ list. They called him “extremely knowledgeable and experienced” and said that he handles pressure with ease.
