Safra will be the principal employee benefits and executive compensation counsel for some of the largest employers in the country. His focus will be on all aspects of employee benefits and executive compensation such as design and administration of retirement plans, health and welfare arrangements, and more.
Co-chair of the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Group, Paul M. Hamburger said, “Seth is one of the most talented and creative young partners in the ERISA field. He earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law where he was a member of the Order of the Coif and research editor for the Duke Law Journal. He received his undergraduate from Georgia Institute of Technology.
