Seyfarth Shaw Gets Labor Boost to Atlanta Office
Summary: The Labor and Employment group at Seyfarth Shaw as received a big boost with the addition of two partners and two associates in their Atlanta office.
A four member team from Littler Mendelson LLP has joined the Labor & Employment department of Seyfarth Shaw LLP’s Atlanta office. The group comprised of partners John L. Telford Jr and John A. “Jack” Lambremont and two associates, Kyllan Kershaw and Kaitlyn Whiteside, will focus solely on traditional labor matters.

Telford and Lambremont make up a dynamic team. They have worked together on labor issues such as union negotiations, labor arbitrations, collective bargaining, National Labor Relations Board proceedings, election campaigns, Railway Labor Act matters, and business restructurings. Seyfarth Labor & Employment chair Lisa Damon said, “Both John and Jack are outstanding labor lawyers who we know well and who we have also had the opportunity to work closely with on a number of matters. They exemplify our client service philosophy and bolster the ranks of our nationally recognized labor practice.”

Telford was an associate in the Atlanta office of Seyfarth from 2000-2003. He earned his J.D. from Tulane University Law School and his undergrad from Louisiana State University.
Lambremont earned his J.D. from the University of North Carolina School of Law and his undergrad from George Mason University.
