Quarles & Brady Expands Their Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team in Phoenix

Phoenix office managing partner Nicole Stanton said, “Steve not only adds additional depth to our litigation group, but also adds breadth by virtue of the type of litigation practice he maintains. He will make an immediate impact on our ability to expand the types of litigation services to our clients and we look forward to him contributing to the continuing success of the Phoenix office.”
Hirsch has worked with jury trials that dealt with contract and lease disputes, land use regulation, eminent domain, valuation of real estate, and more government involvements in undeveloped and improved land, utility property, income-producing properties, and certificated areas and water rights.
He regularly goes before the Arizona Corporation Commission for rate-making proceedings and administrative proceedings dealing with utilities. He is not afraid to take on governmental agencies on zoning, permitting, and other land use matters. He is currently the President of the Wildlife for Tomorrow Foundation, a charitable division of the Arizona Fish and Game Department.
Hirsch is also serving as Secretary/Treasurer of the State Bar of Arizona. He is listed in Chambers USA, Southwest Super Lawyers, Arizona Business Magazine, and Best Lawyers of America. He has also held positions with the University of Arizona Law College Association, American Bar Association, Arizona Bar Foundation, and Maricopa County Bar Association.
He earned his J.D. from the University of Arizona School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Arizona.
