Walter H. Boone Joins Balch & Bingham
Balch & Bingham have brought Walter H. Boone aboard their Jackson office. This 25 year veteran of the field has focused on defending personal injury and wrongful death claims based on product liability, and represented companies of clout on a series of product manufacturer disputes including topics related to utility equipment, oil field products and equipment, transportation equipment, medical devices, pharmaceutical and consumer goods.
Boone studied law at the University of Mississippi School of Law in 1990. He earned his B.A. from Georgetown University in 1987. As a member of the Mississippi Bar and chair of the International Association of Defense Counselor's Energy and Environmental Law Committee, he's kept abreast of the relevant issues in the niche of his select profession.
He's helped commercial, insurance, and financial institutions with such issues as insurance coverage, defense, and bad faith, real estate disputes and litigation, contract disputes, and of course, considering his 25 year sprawl of experience, much more as well.
