Perkins Coie Expanding Office in New York
The law firm of Perkins Coie has announced via a press release that it will expand its office space in New York at 30 Rockefeller Plaza.
The firm will expand its space from 24,000 square feet by adding another 19,000 square feet.
There are 50 attorneys and staff members employed in New York.
The added floor will feature attorney offices, conference rooms, rooms for paralegals and support staff.
The Managing Partner of the New York office, Schuyler Carroll, said, "Our need for additional space reflects the strengthening presence of Perkins Coie in the New York market. We have experienced significant growth the past four years. Our need for more mid-town space will support the expansion of this office and because we work closely with all the Perkins Coie offices around the country we can provide additional space for those attorneys when they are visiting and working with New York-based clients."
The attorneys who work in the firm's New York office represent clients who have issues with corporate trust, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, patent litigation, securities and white collar litigation, complex restructuring, intellectual property, bankruptcy and venture capital.
The New York office of Perkins Coie was established back in 2011.
