Firm Accuses Bryan Cave Lawyer of Winning Lawsuit by Supplying False Documents

Carbon fiber manufacturer Zoltek Corporation has filed a lawsuit that claims ex-Bryan Cave attorney Stephen Feldman knowingly submitted a false affidavit to win a $21 million judgment. Bryan Cave's client was Structural Polymer Group and it was in a dispute with Zoltek over an alleged breach of a supply agreement. The lawsuit filed by Zoltek also names Structrual Polymer as defendants. Feldman is now with Ellis & Winters. Both are accused of civil conspiracy and fraud.
