First Civil Suit Stemming From Sexual Abuse Scandal Faced By Sandusky

Claims about Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky molesting a man more than 100 times has been filed against the university and the embattled coach at the center of an explosive sexual abuse scandal. The plaintiff also alleges that Penn State officials knew of the abuse and covered it up. He names Second Mile as a defendant, which Sandusky founded in 1977. Jeffrey Anderson, the Minnesota lawyer is representing the alleged victim. Second Mile has been hit with a civil suit filed by two lawyers before for another alleged Sandusky victim.
