The Move For Proskauer Rose Finally Begins
It has been three long years that Proskauer Rose declared its intention to launch an office in Beijing. It has now finally moved on this week after its thirteenth office in Beijing's Chaoyang District officially opened for business. The opening completes a move after its expansion in Hong Kong with the addition of two partners from now-defunct Heller Ehrman's office there and the relocation of Proskauer corporate partner Yuval Tal from New York. Five attorneys from the Hong Kong office will relocate to Beijing in the initial stage. Later, the two offices will focus on mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets matters, along with its other clients.
