Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan Accused Of Racial Discrimination

Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan has been accused of discriminating against a former staff attorney because of her race and then leaving no choice but to quit. Kisshia Simmons-Grant has requested for unspecified compensatory and punitive damages for what she supposes are past and future lost earnings and mental suffering she claims to have suffered because of the firm's treatment. Simmons-Grant will be represented by James Halter, an associate at a New York City employment law boutique Liddle & Robinson.
