The two-partner team of Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe's restructuring practice group in London is joining Dewey & LeBoeuf. Mark Fennessy, co-head of restructuring and insolvency, is joining Dewey's seven-partner London business solutions and governance practice along with colleague restructuring partner Hazel Miller.
