Class Action Suit against Constellation Energy Group, Inc. for infringement of sections 14(a) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 was announced by Robbins Umeda LLP. A press release on April 28, 2011 announced that Constellation Energy shareholders would be given 0.930 shares of Exelon for each share of Constellation Energy they own.
