Preeya M. Noronha has joined King & Spalding's FDA and life sciences practice as counsel in Washington, DC. She was the former acting general counsel of the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). She will advise on Medicare and Medicaid regulatory issues, healthcare litigation and enforcement and fraud, abuse and reimbursement. Her extensive experience at HHS on matters related to CMS and the FDA will help clients to navigate the new complexities emerging in the health care industry.
