A new location for Polsinelli Shughart law firm
Polsinelli Shughart Law Firm has picked a new location for their firm in an unfinished office tower just west of the Country Club Plaza. The proposed office tower will sweep away disagreements over previous plans and keep the firm and its several hundred employees in Kansas City with partly replacing a vacant, failed project called the West Edge. Associates of the Plaza believe it a victory and the residents living in the apartments can finally breathe a sigh of relief. There are two downsides to this plan. One being that the $75 million project will receive public grant and that amount is still unclear. And the other is that there is requirement of slashing the building designed by renowned architect Moshe Safdie.
