Litigator Socarras joined the DC office of Chadbourne & Parke as a partner
The Michael Socarras has joined the international law firm Chadbourne & Parke as a partner in the DC office. He will look after the firm's commercial litigation, international dispute resolution, and investigations practices. He has an expertise in resolving disputes through negotiation, arbitration, and litigation and, when appropriate, the use of focused investigations throughout the United States and in other jurisdictions. He has served as lead counsel addressing disputes in a wide range of complex public international law, commercial, intellectual property and regulatory matters on behalf of US, Latin American, Asian, and European clients. His experience in multiple industry sectors, including consumer goods, energy, oil and gas, and defense will strengthen the law firm to address clients’ demand. He was associated with McDermott Will & Emery
