IP Boutique Opens D.C. Office

, an Intellectual property boutique, has opened its office in Washington, DC, aiming to cater its international clients. Pennsylvania based IP firm has 32 attorneys, patent agents, and other professionals. It has hired Thomas G. Southard as its lateral partner. Southard has an expertise in patent and trademark litigation. He was associated with general practice firm Shulman Rogers Gandal Pordy & Ecker, as a shareholder.
