In a twist on the standard ''he said/she said'' theme, a high level attorney is suing the legal recruiter whose work induced him to give up his partnership with one law firm to move to another. He claims that she made promises about his status and role at the new firm. ''Not so!'' says the recruiter. Now it's up to the courts to decide.
