Interim Transitional National Council of Libya (TNC) hired the famous Patton Boggs law firm to deny Muammar Qaddafi as leader. They wish to get recognized as a legitimate government to free up billions of dollars from Qaddafi regime. Qaddafi's support is dwindling as his supporting lobbyists get cold feet. Lobbying firms representing Qaddafi's government severed ties earlier this year after its crackdown on protestors.
