Andrew Marks of Crowell & Moring, Henry Sanders of Chestnut, Sanders, Sanders, Pettaway & Campbell and Gregorio Francis of Morgan & Morgan will be overseeing a September 1 fairness hearing to reach a settlement in the landmark Black Farmers' Class Action Lawsuit that's been ongoing for at least three years.
