Goodwin Proctor Announces New Additions

Goodwin Proctor, the California law firm with offices throughout the state, announced it's recently brought aboard three new layers to its intellectual property practice in Silicon Valley. Coming aboard this summer are Anthony J. McCusker, Craig M. Schmitz and James D. Riley, Jr.; all three chose to leave Gunderson Dettmer

. Goodwin Proctor currently has more than 150 lawyers in offices in Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Diego and of course, Silicon Valley. Its primary specialty is representing technology companies, acquisitions and “spin off” transactions. McCusker and Schmitz will focus their talents on technology transactions while Riley represents those technology companies searching for corporate partnering.
