Goldman Branham LLP Launches Investigation into AirTran Buyout
Dallas-based Goldfarb Branham has initiated an investigation into the AirTran Holdings, Inc. buyout on behalf of the shareholders. Per the current deal, shareholders are entitled to $3.75 cash per share, as well as $4 in Southwest stock.
''Our firm is investigating the deal because it appears from a review of AirTran's financial statements that the inherent value of the stock is greater than $7.75 per share and also because at least one analyst believes that the stock is worth $11.00 per share,'' said Hamilton Lindley, a securities lawyers with Goldfarb. ''Our proposed class action lawsuit seeks to get more money and information for AirTran shareholders.''
Goldman Branham LLP is a securities firm specializing in representing shareholders in unfair buyouts throughout the country.
